- Are these final prices?
- No. Figures shown are illustrative 'from' pricing while cost modelling is finalized. Pricing is stored as editable configuration, not hardcoded across the site.
- Do you charge for model tokens?
- Generally no. Where an application uses external models, you connect your own provider keys and are billed by them directly. QIOI charges for hosting and management.
- What is the management fee for?
- Monitoring, health checks, tested updates and rollback, backup orchestration, and domain/SSL — the operations that keep your service running.
- Can I move or export my data?
- Yes. You can export application data, download backups, change plans, move between supported regions, and delete your instance. QIOI avoids unnecessary lock-in.
