This policy describes how QIOI would handle personal data and customer data for the managed AI infrastructure platform. It is provided as a template on a demonstration site.
Data you control
Application data lives on your isolated instance in the region you select. You can export your data, download backups, and delete your instance at any time. QIOI avoids unnecessary lock-in.
Model providers
Where an application connects to an external model provider, your API keys remain customer-controlled where possible and are not used outside your instance. Model providers process requests under their own terms.
Account data
QIOI processes the account information needed to operate the service — identity, billing, and audit records — with encrypted secrets and no plaintext keys in logs.
Retention & deletion
Retention periods are stated per data category. Deletion is explicit and confirmed; backups are removed according to their retention schedule.
