Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes uses that are not permitted on QIOI-managed instances. Template text for a demonstration site.

Prohibited activity

• Unlawful activity or content
• Abuse, harassment, or targeting of individuals
• Distribution of malware or attacks on other systems
• Circumventing usage limits or provider terms
• Uses that endanger the reliability of shared infrastructure

Consequential actions

For agent-capable applications, QIOI recommends approval gates on consequential actions — sending external email, deleting records, making purchases, publishing content, or modifying production systems.

Enforcement

QIOI may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate service as needed to protect customers and infrastructure. Questions can be raised through the contact page.
