These terms outline the relationship between QIOI and customers using the managed AI infrastructure platform. Template text for a demonstration site.
The service
QIOI provisions and operates supported application templates on supported infrastructure. QIOI manages deployment, monitoring, backups, tested updates, and recovery within defined boundaries.
What is not included
- Custom software or agent development
- Business-process consulting
- Unlimited workflow debugging or support
- Responsibility for third-party model outputs
- Compliance certification
Acceptable use
Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing
Hosting, management, usage, and optional services are billed as described on the pricing page. Model API usage is billed by your own providers.
Termination & export
You may delete your instance and export your data at any time. QIOI may suspend service for violations of the acceptable use policy.
